Post New Work Order After the auction ends you have 3 days time to select one of the bids. If one of the bids is lower than your starting price, and you do not select a bidder, the lowest bidder will automatically be awarded the contract. Select the option if you are most interested in getting your job done for the lowest price.
 
Post Estimate Request If you post an estimate request, you will receive bids that are 100% free and non-binding. After the auction ends, you have 30 days time to select one of the bidders. If you do not select a bidder within 30 days, your auction will expire. You are in no way required to select a bidder.
